Contracting materials for Shenandoah Life

Please do not submit the Contract, unless all required forms are sent to us including your E&O insurance certificate or the application with the check made payable to Calsurance for this coverage if you are purchasing it.  Also, we must have a current copy of your resident license.

  The checklist shows you all that is needed to contract with Shenandoah. 

Also you must give us a call at 1.800.226.1004 to receive your  High Commission Schedule. Insurance agencies and insurance salesman are welcome to check out our vested contract.  This is a direct contract with, Shenandoah Life, the home office located in Roanoke, VA.

How our commissions are based: Agents will start at a high top commission contract.  To retain this high commission contract, VERY REASONABLE production requirements may be required. 

Upon reaching production qualifications commission can be increased. 

Please note:  All contracting papers will be held and not processed until all necessary papers as required by Shenandoah Life for processing are received.
